About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our organization's administrative functions. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management: Recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll management, employee records, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Office Administration: Managing daily office operations, maintaining office facilities, coordinating travel and transport, managing petty cash, and overseeing insurance renewals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
