Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff across locations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiations and service agreements.
- Plan and execute event coordination for internal and external company activities.
- Ensure effective management of the facilities, assets, and resource management for all offices.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, ensure optimum utilization, and oversee periodic audits.
- Regularly visit branches (50% travel required) to monitor, review, and streamline operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and employees.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male candidate with a minimum of 8+ years of core administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of office management, travel management, and statutory compliances.
- Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations across states and international locations (Kerala & UAE).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
