Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative and operational functions of our facility. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in hospital administration or service industry operations, with strong leadership and process management skills.This role demands a proactive individual capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, enhancing operational workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, management, and external partners to optimize performance and patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
