Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging classes in
    Hospital Administration
    ,
    Healthcare Management
    , and related management areas like
    Logistics
    and
    Hospitality
    .
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentations based on current industry standards.
  • Use interactive teaching methods such as case studies, discussions, and real-world examples to enhance student learning.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor students regarding career opportunities in healthcare and management sectors.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve curriculum content.
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in hospital and healthcare administration.
  • Maintain a supportive, motivating, and professional classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospital Administration
    (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of field experience
    in hospital or healthcare administration preferred
  • Freshers with a strong passion for teaching
    are also encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to teach related management subjects such as
    Logistics
    and
    Hospitality
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools
