Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP Faculty to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in teaching or training SAP modules and should be able to deliver high-quality instruction to students and professionals. Candidates with practical exposure to SAP (preferably FICO, MM, or SD modules) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on SAP modules such as FICO, MM, or SD, both theoretical and practical.
  • Design and develop course materials, training manuals, and case studies.
  • Deliver training in classroom and/or online environments effectively.
  • Monitor learner progress, assess performance, and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP features and trends.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide real-time examples and case studies for practical understanding.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP training or hands-on SAP project work.
  • Proficiency in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
  • SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
