Faculty – Aesthetic and Cosmetic Sciences

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our academic team as a Faculty Member in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Sciences. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant certification in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures and possess a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on clinical or industry experience. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, student mentorship, and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and clinical demonstrations in aesthetic and cosmetic science subjects.
  • Develop, review, and update course content and teaching materials in alignment with current industry standards and academic requirements.
  • Supervise students in laboratory and clinical settings, ensuring safety, learning outcomes, and skill acquisition.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, practical assessments, and feedback.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in the aesthetic and cosmetic field and integrate emerging techniques and technologies into the curriculum.
  • Guide students in research, case studies, and projects.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and institutional events.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

Professional Certification:

  • Valid Certification in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Procedures from a recognized institution or board (e.g., aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, laser therapy, injectables, etc.).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in aesthetic and cosmetic practice (clinic, hospital, or medical spa setting).
  • Teaching or training experience (preferred).

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of current aesthetic and cosmetic procedures and products (e.g., Botox, fillers, chemical peels, lasers, skincare).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire students.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student success.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
