We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth business operations and workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and general administration.
  • Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, transport, and office assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely support and compliance.
  • Maintain and control office budgets, purchases, and expense tracking.
  • Handle staff attendance, visitor management, and administrative records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support HR and accounts teams in administrative documentation and logistics.
  • Organize internal meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
  • Implement and monitor administrative systems and processes for efficiency improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and administrative software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Salary: As per experience and industry standardsPreferred: Candidates available for immediate joining in Kochi
