Hastaya India Firm is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration and documentation.
- Maintain records, files, and databases in a structured and organized manner.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and report generation.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and communication within the office.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support daily operations.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and functions smoothly.
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in an office environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
