Job Description:

Hastaya India Firm is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration and documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in a structured and organized manner.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and report generation.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and communication within the office.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support daily operations.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and functions smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in an office environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
