Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Kochi. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include coordinating internal communications, supporting team activities, and ensuring efficient office workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic office software applications and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
