Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Maintain organized files, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Front desk management - Handle walk-ins, maintain visitor logs, and provide information about programs and schedules
- Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff and classes for the students as needed.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff and external contacts, including responding to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, maintain, and update records and databases.
- Expense Management: Track expenses, prepare budget reports, and handle reimbursements.
