Office Administrator

We are looking for a friendly and confident Office Administrator & Sales Support Executive to manage front office operations and assist clients professionally. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting sales and enquiry-handling activities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain front desk records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily office operations.
- Maintain a neat, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Support basic sales communication, documentation, and follow-ups as needed.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer service (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
