About Us:

GlobaOne Advertising is a creative advertising and digital marketing agency based in Tripunithura. We specialize in brand promotions, marketing campaigns, and digital solutions for clients across various industries. We're looking for an energetic and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate and support the internal team for project management and task follow-ups.
  • Handle client communications and ensure timely updates and responses.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and files systematically.
  • Support administrative needs including scheduling meetings, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist the digital marketing team with basic marketing coordination and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong team management and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCA, or similar preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication and management skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
