About the Role
Infera AIBI Campus is looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Professional with a strong background in the EduTech industry. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth coordination between academic and business departments, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Manage student, faculty, and staff records, attendance, and documentation.
- Handle office coordination, procurement, logistics, and facility management.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
- Monitor compliance with institutional and organizational policies.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams to support ongoing programs and activities.
- Assist in scheduling classes, events, and meetings.
- Maintain inventory, vendor management, and asset tracking.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.
EduTech-Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of online/offline course operations and student services.
- Work closely with academic coordinators, trainers, and marketing teams to align administrative support with program delivery.
- Maintain CRM and LMS data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role within the EduTech or educational sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
