Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
">The role of the Administrative Support Specialist is to oversee the execution of administrative functions and human resources activities within the organization. This position requires an individual who can handle multiple tasks, provide operational support, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Processes: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure timely and efficient recruitment.
- Employee Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
- Office Operations: Oversee administrative staff and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless office functioning.
- Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate and manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement office policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Meetings and Travel: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Correspondence and Records: Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping to maintain organizational integrity.
- Budgeting and Expenses: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Employee Records: Manage employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Office Maintenance: Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
