
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our customers, while also assisting the Training Manager in the efficient running of the Training Department.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide excellent and consistent level of administrative support to our customers, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Training Assistance: Assist the Training Manager in the efficient running of the Training Department, including planning and coordinating training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Our ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Human Resources or business-related field, with experience working in hotel-related operational positions. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree or diploma in Human Resources or business-related field.
- Experience: Experience working in hotel-related operational positions.
