
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to facilitate business travel arrangements, manage office administration, and maintain records.
This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting, preferably from the hospitality or travel industry.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Multitasking, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising discretion are essential skills for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate local & international travel arrangements for business trips
- Manage day-to-day office administration
- Maintain registers and admin-related books of accounts
- Provide exceptional support to team members
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry preferred
