Job Title: Office Coordinator

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events.
  • Ensure a clean and organized front office area, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide accurate and timely information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrollment procedures.
  • Effectively address student and parent queries and concerns, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Liaise with faculty and staff to ensure efficient communication and effective collaboration.
