We are seeking an Office Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
