Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Founders at Falcon Feeds.io. The role is located in Kochi. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, and handle various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining executive records. The role also requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Usage of AI tools like Gemini,Perplexity,ChatGPT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability
  • Expertise with calendar and task management
  • High level of discretion/confidentiality
  • Experience in handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • 2-3 Years Experience (Candidates with More experience may not apply)
  • Excellent English communication
  • Willingness to work in different time zone
  • Willingness to travel
  • Basic Knowledge on Cyber Security
  • Networking Skills
