To drive this expansion, we seek two driven co-founders to join our mission:

  • Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO/CMO) – Lead learner acquisition, secure corporate partnerships, and propel nationwide and worldwide growth. Develop a 12-month strategy for scaling from our current base to 25K+ active learners.
  • Technical Co-Founder (CTO/Head of Learning & Labs) – Spearhead product and curriculum innovation in AI/ML, build and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network. Propose a technical roadmap for building scalable environments and training improvements.

We offer strategic value beyond capital investment.

The table includes:

· Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)

· Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth

· Salary: Zero until traction → stable revenue → funding

· Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leader
