So here's the pitch: we're an agritech startup. But not the kind that slaps a drone on a PowerPoint and calls it "innovation." We're FarmTribes —a tiny tribe with a big mission: to fix Indian agriculture from the soil up . No frills. No jargon. Just pure ground-up hustle.

We're on the hunt for a Co-Founder . Not a "title collector." Not someone who wants to attend startup events for the selfies. We need a partner in grime —someone who's ready to wade into fields (literally and metaphorically) and build something real, with real farmers, for real impact.

You'll Know This Role Is For You If:

  • You've ever said, "What if we built something for farmers , not just about them?"
  • You think supply chain is not just a buzzword to throw in pitch decks.
  • You understand why organic veggies cost ₹120/kg but the farmer gets ₹8.
  • You've got a soft spot for sustainability and a hard stance on BS.
  • You know how to build things without waiting for perfect conditions, capital, or consensus.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Turning our barely-funded dream into a well-oiled, impact-focused agri-machine.
  • Building farmer networks, figuring out logistics, and maybe driving a tractor or two.
  • Pitching to incubators, investors, and government schemes with confidence (and caffeine).
  • Getting your hands dirty with labor, landowners, logistics, and last-mile chaos .
  • Arguing passionately (and respectfully) about packaging colors, soil quality, and unit economics.
  • Prototyping with what we have—not waiting until we have everything.

What You're Bringing to the Table:

  • Background in agriculture, operations, tech, rural development, or startup execution (bonus points if you've ever negotiated with a cow).
  • Grit. The kind that powers you through failed pilots, power cuts, and pest attacks.
  • Leadership that builds teams, not just PowerPoints.
  • Obsession with impact , not just valuation.
  • Willingness to work from our base in Kerala ,

This Role is Not For You If:

  • You need a handbook to make a decision.
  • You think "farmers should just adopt tech" without understanding the ground reality.
  • You're hoping this becomes a remote gig where you vibe from your balcony.
  • You're allergic to early mornings, rural India, or uncertainty.
