Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a technical support role assisting customers via phone and ticketing systems.
  • They will possess a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues clearly.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Self-starter and effective team player with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support
  • Support tools, lab simulations, and remote troubleshooting practices
