Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Segment Manager to join our team at Etex. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing and developing existing and new customers in the thermal insulation segment. This will involve developing commercial plans, managing monthly reporting, and converting strategic growth ambitions into tangible commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive growth in the thermal insulation segment
  • Manage monthly reporting on commercial and financial performance
  • Convert strategic growth ambitions into tangible commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in the steel, cement, refractory, or ceramic industry
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the thermal insulation segment
  • Experience in pipeline management and project follow-up via a CRM tool
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and act on financial information
  • Ability to build trust and create valuable relationships with customers
