Thermal Insulation Segment Development Manager

A challenging role awaits at Etex, a global leader in high-performance building solutions. As our new Thermal Insulation Segment Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across various industries where thermal insulation plays a key role.
About the RoleAs Segment Manager – TPI, you will oversee managing and developing existing and new customers within the thermal insulation segment. This involves working closely with the Promat division to develop commercial plans and ensure the strategic growth ambition of the division is translated into tangible commercial objectives. You will be responsible for monthly reporting on commercial and financial performance and converting growth ambitions into market approaches by segments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Steel, Cement, Refractory, or Ceramic Industry with a deep understanding of steel making, ceramic products manufacturing, refractories, primary and secondary aluminium.
- Proven track record as a sales representative with the ability to network and build relationships.
- Experience in pipeline management and project follow-up via a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce).
- Able to understand and act on financial information and build trust and create valuable relationships with customers.
- Solution-based selling skills, including closing deals and key account management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum depending on your qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
