Strategic Business Growth Director

Pink Flower Films is a dynamic and innovative media production house that thrives on passion, creativity, and excellence. We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Growth Director to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth in the media landscape.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in a collaborative and creative work environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the media communication and networking industry, with a proven track record of successful business development and financial management. They will possess strong understanding of content creation processes, the media landscape, and digital marketing and social media platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the media landscape. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders, develop and implement the overall business strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives, and manage the financial performance of the production house, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
You will also oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence and visibility in the industry, collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
