Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of customer engagement journeys and automations to boost conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.
  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder relationships to deliver on set campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner closely with growth managers, technical, and creative colleagues across the organization.
  • Analyze project briefs and serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for campaign execution and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Develop, measure, and achieve objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in customer relationship management campaigns in operations functions at high-growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
