Digital Customer Engagement Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to oversee and maintain a CRM database, ensuring its accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation. This involves regular monitoring and updates to guarantee optimal performance.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) in support of sales and marketing initiatives. The role also entails collaborating with the sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data analysis and quality control procedures to ensure accurate customer insights.
- Design, implement, and manage targeted CRM campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor customer interaction metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline customer workflows and enhance overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience working in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer segmentation techniques.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM reporting tools and software.
