Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

The Community Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering awareness and participation for our initiatives across India.

This dynamic and experienced professional will establish and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs, represent the organization at career fairs, and execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with school stakeholders to advance program objectives.
  • Represent the organization at various forums to position it as a premier choice for business and tech education.
  • Implement regional outreach campaigns to identify and attract top talent.
  • Maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including parents and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  • Manage an outreach database and track campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
