Job Title: Business Partnership Developer

As a Business Partnership Developer, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's accounts with strategic partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain robust relationships with these partners, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain external partner relations across all solution areas.
  • Stay informed about partner propositions, markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between partner accounts and the company's vision, strategies, and capabilities.
  • Maintain open communication with partners regarding the latest developments and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build multi-level relationships with partners, including executive-level connections.
Requirements:
  • Passion for sales and technology.
  • Deep understanding of the vendor ecosystem.
  • Ability to drive relationships with senior leadership and engage sales teams.
  • Capability to assess skills and certifications required and work with stakeholders to develop them.
  • Excellent negotiation and pricing skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Discipline in working with people and cultural sensitivity.
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with an MBA is required.
  • Experience in handling complex IT projects is advantageous.
