
Business Development and Partnerships Specialist

The Partnership and Collaboration Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sustainability initiatives by reducing the environmental impact of marketing and advertising activities. This ambitious project, CarbonCut, aims to provide businesses with tools to accurately calculate and offset their carbon emissions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen the mission. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships, with a proactive and reliable approach to managing multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with brands, agencies, and sustainability partners to create impactful collaborations and long-term value. They will identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems, manage and nurture existing partnerships, and support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
The Partnership and Collaboration Executive will collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions, track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. A strong understanding of industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation is essential for this role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field, and 1-3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
