Job Description:

The primary role of the ISV Alliance Manager is to foster strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This involves identifying and prioritizing relationships with ISVs that complement our offerings, aligning with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading negotiations and finalizing partnership agreements, collaborating with ISVs and internal teams to develop integrated solutions, and establishing metrics to measure partnership success.

A strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and the ISV ecosystem is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, or partner management roles, preferably in the cloud technology industry
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
