About the Role

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably in the industrial equipment industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
