International Visa Sales Team Lead India

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Visa Sales Team Lead to join our team at Rayna Tours. The successful candidate will oversee visa sales and consulting services for customers from India to other countries, guiding them through the application process while managing a sales team to meet quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on immigration and visa regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to international visas, providing timely and accurate documentation as required.
- Assist clients in completing visa application paperwork and ensure all documents are submitted within deadlines.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by leveraging strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
- Lead and manage a team of visa consultants, offering direction, support, and performance management to ensure consistent performance.
- Develop and maintain a client database and lead management system to track sales activities and potential leads.
- Resolve escalated client issues to ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
What We Expect:
- A graduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing, to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in international visa sales, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
- Proven presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients effectively.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and achieve targets consistently.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and time management skills to prioritize tasks and drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of international visa processes and requirements for various countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between ₹45,000 to ₹60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
