B2B Sales Development Team Lead

Salary: ₹25 LPA - ₹35 LPA (Based on Experience)
About the Role: As an SDR Manager and Coach at Unbound B2B India, you will oversee the daily activities of the SDR team, coach, mentor, and develop individual team members to achieve sales objectives. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, as well as managing the team's performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them based on our ideal customer profile.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop relationships with prospects through ongoing communication to move them through the sales funnel.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Directors.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all prospecting activities and pipeline progression.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Experience in leading, coaching, or managing an SDR team with a focus on results-driven performance.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the B2B marketing or software/IT industry.
- Familiarity with demand generation strategies and the ability to effectively implement them within an SDR team.
