Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and scaling campaigns profitably.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, with expertise in Meta and Google.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • High-ownership mindset, with a focus on initiative and results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
