Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building brand relationships and scaling revenues for agencies.

This is a high-impact role where you'll directly contribute to the agency's growth by acquiring new clients, building strong brand relationships, and shaping campaign strategies with creators that resonate.

About the Role

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, your core responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for the agency. You'll act as the bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and actively pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest the most suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies—including emails, calls, and outreach—to engage new leads and convert them into clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development specifically within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer marketing space and its latest trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to create high-conversion pipelines.
  • Relationship-oriented and results-focused.
