We are seeking a skilled and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify, source and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging influencer campaigns, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and influencer platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
