Artist & Influencer Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage influencer partnerships and build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and timelines for campaign success.
  • Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Act as primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.

Requirements:

  • Onboard exclusive influencers & artists.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.

  • Passion for social media, digital content, and influencer culture.
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
