Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as a Partnership Development Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with brands, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Create tailored sales pitches and strategies for each brand, ensuring impactful conversations and campaign execution.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and tracking lead progression.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to provide insights for improving business operations and client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with the right skills and attitude are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with adaptability to brand needs.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
