  • • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and optimize event ROI.
  • • Foster relationships with industry professionals to expand the company's network and reputation.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • • 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • • Strong professional network with decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • • Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Strategic thinker with the ability to align event opportunities with business objectives.
  • • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
