Job Title: Event Strategy Manager
Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities:

- • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages that meet client needs and drive business results.
- • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with key stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event deliverables.
- • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform event strategies.
- • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and optimize event ROI.
- • Foster relationships with industry professionals to expand the company's network and reputation.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
- • 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
- • Strong professional network with decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
- • Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorship deals.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- • Strategic thinker with the ability to align event opportunities with business objectives.
- • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
