Job Opportunity: Fundraising & Partnerships Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in securing critical funding and developing strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for securing funding and building partnerships.
  • Set operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure transparent reporting on donor interactions and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, mobilizing an extended network to unlock new opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms to expand reach and reputation.
  • Oversee the development of donor-facing communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all narratives.
  • Lead a high-performing team, establishing robust systems for CRM, grant compliance, reporting, proposal management, and audit preparedness.
