**Job Description:**We are seeking a high-ownership professional to drive growth and partnerships across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role offers direct visibility into how a venture-backed AI startup builds and scales partnerships, GTM motion, and enterprise growth.
  • Growth & GTM Execution:
  • Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college preferred. 0-1 year of work experience with strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and CRM tools required.
  • Hustle-first mindset: comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and business development.
  • Strong communicator—able to structure decks, proposals, and crisp updates.
  • Detail-oriented with ownership of timelines and deliverables.
  • Curious and resourceful—able to figure things out in new/ambiguous contexts.
