**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist

 

As a seasoned Performance Marketer, you'll manage paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance and scaling successful strategies. You will be responsible for campaign setup, execution, and optimization — working closely with creative strategists and designers to deliver high-performing ads.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Analyzing campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimizing to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Building and testing different audience segments and funnels.
  • Tracking daily budgets, pacing, and adjusting for maximum ROI.
  • Staying updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or real estate campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
