Marketing Executives are a key part of any successful business. They are responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive sales, build brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

The role involves building and nurturing online communities around the brand, planning and managing events and activations, supporting brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Community Building: Developing and executing plans to build and engage with online communities around the brand.
  • Event Management: Planning, organizing and managing brand events and activations.
  • Digital Marketing: Supporting brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing and content creation.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams to execute marketing strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building or event management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A self-starter with creativity, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
