Job Description

Our client is seeking an Architect II to join their award-winning Mumbai studio. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, integrated design projects across sectors while collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a design-sensitive, technically strong architect with a collaborative mindset, excellent Revit (BIM) skills, and the ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects.

As part of our team, you will participate in the development of aesthetic and technical designs, prepare architectural drawings and construction documents, and assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.

You will collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager, lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews, coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers, attend client meetings, and maintain excellent client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions for large-scale projects
  • Manage documentation and coordination across complex projects
  • Collaborate with global design teams and specialist consultants
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a combination of technical, business, and communication skills. Here are some key qualifications and skills we look for in candidates:

  • Education:
  • BArch or MArch degree from a recognized university
  • Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice, preferably in an international firm
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) software
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Affinity Creative Suite
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
