Job Title: D2C Marketing Specialist
">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Create full-funnel strategies tailored for direct-to-consumer brands.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with user experience (UX) and product teams to enhance website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
- Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Work closely with creative teams to guide ad content.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, average order value (AOV), retention, attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with significant monthly ad spends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
