As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the brand voice and aesthetics.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
