Sr Performance Marketing Executive Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Campaigns:
    • Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business goals, target audience insights, and industry best practices.
  • Campaign Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, including copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Staying Up-to-Date:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
