Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to drive business growth through effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of generating leads for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in North America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a focus on performance metrics such as real leads, return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA.
  • Test and Scale: Utilize a test-and-scale approach to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Optimization: Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.).
  • Campaign Ownership: Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams on alignment and landing page optimization.

You Must Have:

  • Certification: Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise: Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Communication: Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
