Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Manager.

As an Influencer Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners, driving content and collaborations that fuel our growth.

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver return on investment.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing purposes.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with advertising campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Track key performance indicators: engagement, reach, conversions, and return on investment from collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
